Still on Stay at Home here and we decided to get two more games reviewed this week. Super Mega Space Blaster Special Turbo is a great 2D space shooter that is a lot of the game Asteroids from the early80’s where you fight off waves of space aliens, space rocks and trying to protect a space station and save survivors. Pixel Devil and the Broken Cartridge an old school shooter where you must go into the 8-bit world and find out why the heroes of the games went evil and save a girl from them. A challenging game for those that are looking for a challenge from the old school era of gaming.
Super Mega Space Blaster Special Turbo, try saying that 5 times….lol is a space shooter where you have to protect your mother ship from enemies in space or in survival mode against waves of enemies ships and all other baddies in space. A great shooter with a great 80’s synth-pop soundtrack, this is a great shooter for anyone that is a shooter fan in your gaming family. With lots of power ups, different ships to obtain and different gaming modes from co-op to player vs. player, there is a lot of gaming to do here. It seems like lately that there are a lot of games flooding the market going with a retro feeling of either 8-bit or 16-bit gaming and this game is no different. Pixel Devil and the Broken Cartridge is a 2D game where you venture into the 8-bit world to save a girl captured by the heroes of the games that went evil unexpected. An interesting game that has a true 8-bit gaming feel for those that are looking for a game like this as well with the difficulty that comes with games like this.
