Going into this holiday weekend, we had a chance to review two great games before everyone left their Zoom meeting to go on their holiday weekend! So this week we go into the fast paced, gun blazing game that is Gun Crazy. A great 2D, 16-bit inspired game for those that are fans of games like Contra or even at times it reminded us of GunStar Heroes. Another game that we covered is Super Destronaut: Land Wars a fun, bright family friendly FPS shooter. With different objectives, simple and easy gameplay, and overall family fun, this is a great beginner FPS for your gaming family to try out.
Gun Crazy is an old school side scroller shooter from back in the 16-bit days where you as a female cop go from level to level attacking enemies and going into boss battles. Any gamers in your gaming family will fall in love with this side scroller shooter, where from different guns types to melee enemies never felt so good. Be sure to read our review and thoughts on Gun Crazy and watch some gameplay video below of the game in action.
Take an arena style first person shooter, add some pixelated enemies, and just nothing but guns, points, and lots of different waves of enemies coming at you and you have a great beginner arena style first person shooter. With over 30 different challenges to beat, as well easy pick up and play controls, and quite simple first-person shooter fun, Super Destronaut: Land Wars is a fun family shooter that all ages can play. Now we do have to admit that this shooter for more veteran shooter gamers out there may be to easy to play but still something not to miss. Be sure to read our review of this game here and watch some gameplay footage below of the game in motion.
As always be sure to check your console digital store for Gun Crazy (Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch) and Super Destronaut: Land Wars (Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch) both that are available now. Be sure to download these games and give it a try!
