This week we got a chance to play two different games in the puzzle/platform game that is Twin Robots: Ultimate Edition and top down shooter that is Fullblast.
The first title that came across our desk was a SHMUP (Shoot Em’ Up) style of game that is called Fullblast. Now with games like this there were some concerns as they require the gamer to have very fast hands and reaction time to keep up with all the action going on in the game. So, we decided to give this game a spin and see if general non-shooter gamers can play a game like this and to our pleasant surprise that not only were they able to play but the game was a blast in itself. Another great title that we were able to test out is a puzzle/platformer game that is an ultimate edition from the PC which is called Twin Robots: Ultimate Edition. Again, we had our doubts with how puzzle games you must think on the fly and it also being a platform style game the controls have to be very tight and responsive and I am happy to say that both of these components work well in the game. Another unique feature of this game is both local co-op and online co-op which makes this a great family game. Be sure to read our review here about this game.
